Noventium provides algorithmic trading services that connect to your cryptocurrency exchange accounts via API. Our services include: • Automated trading execution based on quantitative algorithms • Real-time market analysis and trade signals • Portfolio monitoring and reporting • Risk management tools We act as a technology provider and do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or custodial services.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

When connecting your exchange account: • You must provide valid API credentials with appropriate permissions • Never enable withdrawal permissions for Noventium API keys • We only require read and trade permissions • You can revoke API access at any time through your exchange Your API credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. By using our services, you acknowledge: • Past performance does not guarantee future results • Markets are volatile and unpredictable • You may lose some or all of your invested capital • Our algorithms may generate losses • You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose We strongly recommend consulting with a financial advisor before trading.

Our fee structure is as follows: • Free tier: Limited features with no monthly fee • Pro tier: Premium features with subscription fee • Performance fees: May apply based on profits generated All fees are clearly disclosed before you subscribe. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for any trading losses • We are not responsible for exchange outages or failures • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

All content, algorithms, designs, and technology are owned by Noventium: • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content • Our brand and trademarks are protected • You grant us license to use feedback for improvements • Reverse engineering is strictly prohibited

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy: • We collect account and trading data • We use data to improve our services • We do not sell personal data to third parties • You can request data deletion at any time By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • You may close your account at any time • We may terminate for breach of terms • Upon termination, disconnect all API connections • Some provisions survive termination No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

These terms are governed by applicable laws: • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration • Class action waivers apply where permitted • Venue shall be in our jurisdiction • If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
